We are excited to introduce you to our original Startek® hub in South Africa, a testament to our enduring expertise in nearshore and offshore solutions. This site, functional since 2000, embodies our operational strength, combining a vibrant work environment with top-tier compliance and a stellar client roster. 

Our Johannesburg office is a harmonious blend of innovative design and a people-focused approach that is recognized as an award-winning space for customer experience.

Step into our Johannesburg office and experience a professional and welcoming environment. The thoughtfully designed interior features modern workspaces that inspire creativity and productivity. Spanning 81,059.78 sq. ft., the facility includes 11 training rooms with a seating capacity of over 1,100.  

The meeting rooms exemplify our commitment to fostering a collaborative and forward-thinking work culture. Modern designs, comfortable seating and state-of-the-art technology ensure that every meeting is productive and engaging. Core value statements such as “Delight customers,” “Take responsibility,” “Champion innovation” and “Work together” are prominently displayed throughout, reminding our team of their shared mission and guiding principles. All the rooms are crafted to support open dialogue and innovative thinking, reflecting our dedication to creating an environment where employees are valued and motivated to give their best.
